Florence began her professional life in corporate America at BBDO Worldwide and True North Graphics where she gained experience coordinating new business pitches and graphic designing for blue-chip clients like Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs. She brings a unique combination of corporate, creative and customer service experience to the company.

She has spent the majority of her working life here in Santa Fe in hospitality management, composing memorable events for Santa Fe’s top nightclubs and creating top notch teams and transforming the culture of some of Santa Fe’s finest restaurants. She is thrilled to be part of the Better Money Decisions team.
